there is many,
lenovo.de
.es
.fr
.it
and more
i know that in some cases they didnt respond so im wondering how it works
maybe domain independent

I know what a domain is lol, just didn't realise Lenovo had more than the .com one.

https://www.lenovo.com/gb/en

Also just because they responded it's not completely over but the domain is important because we've seen other people on the site report success

According to PP they have only responded with the tracking number, so I will hold off in returning it until it's completely closed in their favour, the return period ends on the 18th of Jan though, so it's quite tight

ahhh... shouldve done WIR instead

Why u say that? are there proven success on lenovo claiming wir through pp?

No I would assume that lenovo could provide a tracking ID if one were to go with DNA or a weight log if EB was used instead, but I am not sure.
The forum is going downhill.

I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day. I have no incentive to contribute publicly and reward the undeserving. If you feel the same and would like to discuss privately, please reach out.

yeah I feel like WIR would have been a good option, but mostly everyone was going with MEB so that's the route I took

PP Update: They are asking for a PR for the laptop. already tried my local station and they won’t issue one for it as nothing happened to me directly.

Feels a bit wrong getting one for £2k, and they might actually do something about it rather than ignore them like usual

They are also accepting a report to 'Action Fraud' would that be better than trying at the police station?

Ether one will work nobody will investigate trust me. This is a genuine claim right? Why are you scared to do it? I have saw people have thousands of dollars worth of stuff stolen from them. And they know who stole it and the police will not do anything

OK I'll give it a try. The action fraud one seems like the only outcome as the Police will not issue it. I've already tried

will do.

got a question on a chargeback for my Apple Watch.

Do you think JL could detect when it's set up? My chargeback claim doesn't fully finish until the end of February so haven't even bothered turning it on yet.

I'm not sure I'm unable to confirm.
But in my opinion it's a simple as why even take the risk? Just wait it out to be sure imagine how annoying it would be if you're claim failed due to the fact that you had turned it on

It would be stupid
