I can't really work out why they are responding to some and not others either, it's a bit strange. maybe depending on the value, PP themselves will phone the customer services rather than just emailing or something like that.
It cannot be value I've seen people allegedly yet responses for a single headset from meta
But people do not share enough information so it's not really possible to get what's going on and narrow it down
in a few weeks time I'll be hitting Meta anyway, so will report what happens with mines. the estimated delivery has went from a week away to the middle of Feb

Yeah I've noticed some of my orders have really been delayed and pushed as well. Currently there is a covid spike apparently and Christmas just finished maybe it's a slight build up of returns and logistics or whatever
got 2 more days until the claim goes in my favor, meta hasnt responded yet

After two weeks of mailing with meta, they decided to not refund me and they advised to contact local authorities. So I have opened a PayPal claim. 10 days then. Tik tak….

there is many,
lenovo.de
.es
.fr
.it
and more
i know that in some cases they didnt respond so im wondering how it works
maybe domain independent
I know what a domain is lol, just didn't realise Lenovo had more than the .com one.

Yes but he's wanting to know the domain specifically so just like you have Amazon and then their sub domains you have Lenovo and then their domains for different countries and continents etc
Also just because they responded it's not completely over but the domain is important because we've seen other people on the site report success
According to PP they have only responded with the tracking number, so I will hold off in returning it until it's completely closed in their favour, the return period ends on the 18th of Jan though, so it's quite tight
ahhh... shouldve done WIR instead
The forum is going downhill.
I have many SEs I would like to share with other contributors. Unfortunately, that is a very small percentage of the overall community, and getting smaller by the day. I have no incentive to contribute publicly and reward the undeserving. If you feel the same and would like to discuss privately, please reach out.
