I'd say you just sit and wait. I experienced similar situations with different stores, they did everything themselves: sent me a return label, said they had received and were now processing my return, and then finally finalized the refund... all in a matter of hours! It's how some stores behave per protocol.

Hey, I’m trying to do the same with bose.it. Should I say the earbuds box was sealed (but empty) when it arrived? Or should i say it was open and the earbuds + case were missing?
And what about the shipping box, should I say it was tampered or should I say it was ok?

Don't elaborate - It may work against you. Simply say that upon opening the box, the earbuds were missing.
