235 euros. i didnt wanna wait for the new ones coming out since cause it might be harder to eb them since theyre just releasing.

hi, they sent me a replacment for the earbuds. would it be wise to return it empty and make it look like the package has been tampered with?

yes but i dont know if i should only take out the case and earbuds or the whole bose box. its 400g in total.

In the original eb did you say the packaging of the earbuds self came empty or the shipping box came empty?

No idea if this makes a difference?

you have to say to the earbuds and the charging case were missing. dont say the shipping box came empty.

i requested a return label and they sent it but the day after i got an email saying they recieved the item and are processing my refund. i didnt even send it back. what should i do? do you think the refund will go through cause they think i sent it?
