Companies can change their policies, terms and conditions but If they neglect to train their staff against social engineering attacks In an "effective" manner, vulnerabilities In the human firewall will continue to exist.

As per my acronym: T.A.S.K

T= Training.
A= Awareness.
S= Skill set.
K= Know-how.

Train your staff against SEing. The Awareness factor kicks In. They acquire the Skill set. Then apply their Know-how to fend off attacks.

I always call them, sometimes they even make it go faster and the internal process gets accepted within hours. I've had a product at my house within 3 days of first ringing them multiple times.

It also depends where you live too.
