You did mention this:

In terms of not substituting the weight (example: with dry Ice), the missing Item method Is always based against the weight of the Item.
Do you know how much It weighs?

The signature Is not an Issue with the DNA, but rather If photos are taken by the driver.
Either of the two can be circumvented, but If It's solely a signature on delivery, then you can simply sign a fake name.
the phone weigh 6.63 oz, idk about the box

The box Is Irrelevant.
188 grams Is a little too heavy for the missing Item method. You can box them, by adding a weight substitute that's equivalent to the phone. Alternatively, If only a signature Is required on delivery, you can opt for the DNA.

With which object the user will box the item?
Since the object in question is an iPhone it's probable that the employee will check what the package contains.

I would suggest you to plan for DNA and SNAD. If the parcel is left outside your house unattended and without a photo then you can easily DNA it.
Significantly
Not
As
Described means exactly that. You can find an item that is of the same size and weight and claim to have received it instead of what you ordered.
As you said you work at the warehouse that means you are aware of the position of each item thus you can choose one that is close to the location of the phone therefore more believable that the mistake in fact happened.
Would you mind if I PM you as I have a couple of questions.

Boxing doesn't Involve sending an "object", but rather they receive the package/box with nothing enclosed.
The objective Is to make the package seem as though It was tampered with during transit, hence the Item was (seemingly) stolen.

Exactly what part of your home was the photo taken?
For example, the doorstep where the package was left, the entryway etc.
