I'm trying to establish the standing of your account- the greater Its maturity and legit purchases, the less suspicion It will raise when SEing, thus the better the chance of a successful outcome.

Either of the two can be circumvented, but If It's solely a signature on delivery, then you can simply sign a fake name.
