Now they are doing investigation if you contact them before 14 days about your return even if it's arrived to their warehouse.

(I tried with wrong item and did a return)

And they ask you to wait 1 month now

Don't contact Amazon about your return before 2 weeks for any f+++king reason.

Don't ask for your claim being escalated too if they tell you that you need to wait 2 weeks then just wait 2 weeks.

they will investigate your account and you will end up with OFM

I'm trying with small amounts to do nonsense with Amazon and find every information about how they operate now.

TL/DR wait 2 weeks or you risk screwing your SE and you'll be asked to wait 1 month!!

Can any of you guys confirm that this actually is a thing? If this is real then there honestly isn't a point in SEing Amazon imo. I ain't waiting a whole month for an amazon SE.

This makes no sense, a legit customer would never wait 2 weeks before asking for informations about his refund, sounds like a perfect way to identify scammers on the other hand, since they always go by the same rulebook

It doesn't have to make sense according to amazon. Still wanna know if other people have had this problem so that I know whether or not it's an isolated issue.

To be honest i had good refund with lit for 558 erus i got prepaid return label and normaly went for 14 days and after 14 days instant refund...
But my friend wanted to do lit he did with prepaid qr code, and after 14 days they told jhim to wait til 02.07 its like 30 days so maybe its in this stuff,
maybe it depends on what you get qr code or prepaid label or something else.... everyone who got label normaly they got refund after 14 days but qr code not
its just my opinion but it can be more stuff.....
