Yeah Amazon is dead, did a garbage return for a 10$ item and they're asking for 30 days (fresh account) with 0 refunds
Things i say aren't real but pure imagination!

I did a LIT for amazon.de for a 4k+ refund 9th of June. As a worried customer i contacted them several times already. Last mail was asking me to wait until 10th of July after post poning 2 or 3 times. So i'll get more update next week.
Aren't they responsible if the return was LIT? Where can I see the official text where they details their return policies and the cases when the return is lost when they provide a label? I'd like to be able to dive into the official text but i don't know where to find them.

Amazon.de does not refund anymore. Even with LIT. They just say that they won't refund until they receives the package.
The method i used is below:
1) I ordered iPhones from amazon.de with delivery in France.
2) Changed my adress to german fake adress and tell them to issue a DHL label for me
3) used a boxing company to LIT
Had no mroe success with Amazon :/
