It depends what character Is changed.

For Instance, names are always abbreviated by their first Initials, hence changing the first letter of your family name gives you an entirely new Identity. Evidently, a completely new name Is the way to go.

The thing that I don't like about using a completely new name is that if the parcel happens to not get delivered and returned to the depot, meaning you have to collect it, you have to show ID. Which means you now probably need some kind of fake ID. Thus another issue to resolve.

Guess you could not pick it up and wait a few weeks for it to get returned back to the shop

if you know you are in this situation, it is better that you organize yourself and make sure you are at home at the time of delivery ... or have your friend / relative stay to take the package or send it to a locker

Not always a possibility if you work full time. Perhaps once or twice every few months but not every week.

And I'd rather not put people close to me at jeopardy for not so legal actions that I take

It's pretty self-explanatory.

If you try opening new accounts that have any form of relevance to the closed account, they will also be closed. To circumvent this, simply change every Identifiable detail when creating subsequent accounts- IP address, family & given name, date of birth, address, phone number, payment system, different device and so forth.

I have a question ... using a VM does amazon recognize the device you are using?

I believe not. Just make sure you use a VPN persistently paired with the VM.

However I'm not sure which VPN to use as I know a lot of sites can easily identify them and block them/raise red flags.

Personally a new phone / one that is by no way associated with you, and alternate WiFi that you've not used before, sounds like a good idea to me

or that you make friends with a tobacconist and use the indabox service ... or you could use a drop in an apartment building but you should still have an accomplice

Be sure to be around when delivered.

No ID required.

yeh i just used same ip and same card and address on a separate account.. had no issue with a refund just now.. less than a day after other account being banned. I tried using expressVPN but it restricts the chat window from working.. says 'there is an error'. Maybe better to use a VPS as it gives u a unique IP as opposed to a VPN which have like 20 ips that a million people use.

Just super annoying if it's like ups and they don't give you any time frame whatsoever other then 8am-8pm. Fucking stupid.

Especially if it's a new drop. Then you definitely won't know, as they usually come roughly same time.

I know, I continue to experience a similar window with carriers on a weekly basis.

It's ridiculous to say the least.
