So does It clearly state that upon returning the product, they're not liable for loss or damage?

I think I might have to either just say it didnt arrive or do some method on returning a fake.

In the event they're not liable for loss of goods, say that you've found It, return It for a refund, reorder It on a totally different account and SE them using another method.

Unless It's completely Identical, there's a chance they may spot the fake.

Alternatively, the wrong Item received method can be used.
