How would I even do this? - fire - 03-07-2022

So I want to SE this shop: https://shop.basketball.ca/

Its the merch store for basketball in canada, and they get their products from nike.

It's mostly athletic clothes, so would a DNA work here?

DNA always works as long as you don't sign for the package (and even then, it can be circumvented)
As long as the store takes responsibility for the courier losses, that is

I've never had to sign a package (i'm from canada)

Usually I just buy it and it arrives, nothing in between.

The last time i bought from this store, the package actually arrived late with its tracking software

I should add that it would only be one item at around 70-100 dollars canadian

Is the package purely left unattended at the delivery point?

Also, are they responsible for loss of goods during transit?

Perfect DNA material.

If you're referring to their responsibility for loss of goods, have a look through their terms & conditions.

I'd say go and risk it, worst case scenario, if they don't accept the DNA because "it's not our responsibility", you can just return it since you should have such option, right?

So does It clearly state that upon returning the product, they're not liable for loss or damage?
