How does Apple handle DNA on warranty items? 09-22-2022, 05:52 AM

I had a warranty item I sent out, if I DNA when they return it, do they normally replace it?

As far as I've read around here, no, Apple doesn't care about lost packages
When you say that they don't care, meaning they'll replace it, or they'll tell me "Tough luck"?

They'll leave it up to you to fix it with the courier, they won't refund you
