How does Apple handle DNA on warranty items? - TrueBoljibears - 09-22-2022
I had a warranty item I sent out, if I DNA when they return it, do they normally replace it?

As far as I've read around here, no, Apple doesn't care about lost packages

They'll leave it up to you to fix it with the courier, they won't refund you
