As the title says. I'm considering trying to fake a warranty for either. I tried before and it failed. Is there any recommended way you can think of that I could claim to have tossed the item and they'd accept that?

I had told them that the device had made a popping sound then started smoking, so I threw it away.

Threw It out for health and safety concerns.

Do note that the disposed of the faulty Item method can be a long and arduous process.
