How can I convince Xbox/PS to accept that I tossed item - TrueBoljibears - 09-22-2022

As the title says. I'm considering trying to fake a warranty for either. I tried before and it failed. Is there any recommended way you can think of that I could claim to have tossed the item and they'd accept that?

They don't have batteries, so I'm trying to think of something else.

Can you explain what you did in your first attempt - which failed?

I had told them that the device had made a popping sound then started smoking, so I threw it away.

Threw It out for health and safety concerns.

Do note that the disposed of the faulty Item method can be a long and arduous process.
