What STMP server must be kept? (this was asked during the installation of server)
It didn't worked for me!!! The .txt file which was named as username which consisted the stored username and password wasn't made or found in the wamp folder? Do we need to create that file manually? Can you plz provide a step by step or tutorial for this?

You're doing something wrong then. Remember that to use PHP you must use some kind of server since it's a server-side language.
So it's not enough if you copy/paste Facebook login page and save it has .html.
