It must be done on victims PC. If you're having direct access then you can do this easily otherwise you've to do it remotely.

check out the website address you've linked to 127.0.0.1 in host file and also check your fake page directory.

If you know programming, you can make it yourself by playing with the source code of the webpage otherwise you can use some ready made tools which will generate fake page for you. You can use super phisher for fake pages.

What STMP server must be kept? (this was asked during the installation of server)

It didn't worked for me!!! The .txt file which was named as username which consisted the stored username and password wasn't made or found in the wamp folder? Do we need to create that file manually? Can you plz provide a step by step or tutorial for this?
