i bought Samsung 4k monitor, well the monitor has real factory problem, one dead pixel. i call tech support from amazon and cs transfer me to Samsung cs, the guy from Samsung told me to ask amazon for replacement and gave me ticket number, i gave it to cs and i got instant replacement and prepaid label to return the bad monitor.

If ill do FTID for the bad monitor and when the replacement arrives ill use DNA method can i get both monitors and the refund?

Could be fake sign or any if ill give courier instructions. I was thinking to do real return of the bad monitor and DNA the new one to be less suspicious because 3 orders ago i made success FTID. What do u recommend?

Tell the courier to open the front garden door of my home and leave the package outside the front door, I'll be looking him by security camera, then i pick the monitor and tell amazon package didn't arrive.

What u think is better? do that or fake sign and tell amazon i don't know who sign the package if amazon tell that they will investigate, ill tell them that is not necessary i will do it by myself, 2 days later tell them i already find it but i want to return it and do LIT or FTID3.

It's very effective when you sign with an unrelated name, but be sure It's somewhat legible/readable.

As such, the name will not match with yours and have no association to you, which suggests that someone else signed the delivery.

ok thanks bro, i have an excuse to tell cs when I claim DNA for the replacement, when i talked to tech support, cs told me that i wont have to do nothing, DHL will communicate with me to pick up the stuff to return it and of course dhl wont communicate with me, so i will tell cs to check the record of the conversation and now i am living a nightmare that i have bad monitor and i didn't return it yet  because of that and the replacement never arrived, i already investigate with my neighbors and security camera and i didn't see anything
