Help me finish real double dip (amazon) - Gelbux - 11-03-2021

i bought Samsung 4k monitor, well the monitor has real factory problem, one dead pixel. i call tech support from amazon and cs transfer me to Samsung cs, the guy from Samsung told me to ask amazon for replacement and gave me ticket number, i gave it to cs and i got instant replacement and prepaid label to return the bad monitor.

If ill do FTID for the bad monitor and when the replacement arrives ill use DNA method can i get both monitors and the refund?

Could be fake sign or any if ill give courier instructions. I was thinking to do real return of the bad monitor and DNA the new one to be less suspicious because 3 orders ago i made success FTID. What do u recommend?

Tell the courier to open the front garden door of my home and leave the package outside the front door, I'll be looking him by security camera, then i pick the monitor and tell amazon package didn't arrive.

What u think is better? do that or fake sign and tell amazon i don't know who sign the package if amazon tell that they will investigate, ill tell them that is not necessary i will do it by myself, 2 days later tell them i already find it but i want to return it and do LIT or FTID3.

Wouldn't the driver hand over the package to you, or are you planning to communicate over an Intercom?

It's very effective when you sign with an unrelated name, but be sure It's somewhat legible/readable.

As such, the name will not match with yours and have no association to you, which suggests that someone else signed the delivery.

An Investigation Is part of their protocol to move forward with the claim, so there's no cause for concern.

The DNA Is an unrelated claim to the return, so they can't use It (the return) In their assessment.

ok thanks bro, i have an excuse to tell cs when I claim DNA for the replacement, when i talked to tech support, cs told me that i wont have to do nothing, DHL will communicate with me to pick up the stuff to return it and of course dhl wont communicate with me, so i will tell cs to check the record of the conversation and now i am living a nightmare that i have bad monitor and i didn't return it yet  because of that and the replacement never arrived, i already investigate with my neighbors and security camera and i didn't see anything

Just claim the DNA and see how they respond - they may not require additional Information from you.

If need be, you can then use all or part of what you've mentioned above.

Just claim the DNA and see how they respond - they may not require additional Information from you.

ok bro, just tell me something what will happen if they allow the dna because the replacement costed $0?

It doesn't change the fact that you did not receive the replacement, so In that respect, It still holds Its value.
