What you will say Is that because you've already opened the box, you can only provide photos of where It wasn't touched by yourself. Then damage/tear It a little to show It didn't arrive In Its original state, and take photos thereafter.
Just to point out: as they requested i sent a photo of the shipping box taken from the above (in my last reply, before receiveng the email today).
Following your message... what box and photos are You referring to?
Because today they ask me for a photo of the watch box that was inside the shipping box of amazon not the shipping box itself.
And in addiction they asked me that two questions (regarding the shipping box and not the watch box)
I hope i'm clear.
I'm losing myself a little bit sorry
Read my posts thoroughly.
I've explained everything numerous times.
Yes, I know that You explained perfectly and for this I thank You a lot, but I think that my poor understanding of English (i often use translator) do not permit to understand 100% on how to move, I apologize and I'm so sorry for this.
I repeat that I'm talking of two different box. A shipping box and a watch box/case.
Just to be sure... In the last email they requested photos for the watch box/case that was contained in the shipping box. And in addiction they asked me those two question about the shipping box.
So I've to not reply directly to their answer regarding the shipping box (in the last email they did not request photos of the shipping box)
But in a first email I have to say that the damages on the shipping box could overlap to my opening signs and I have to tell that i can send photos (of the shipping box) instead? Or in the same email I have to attach the photos of the shipping box (damaged by me)?
And how do i have to deal with the photo they requested for the watch case/box? It is a small case inside a small box, do I have to tamper it? Or it's ok to send the photo only of the watch box/case without tampering it?
