Given you've opened the box thus possibly overlapped potential damage caused In transit, tell them exactly that, and that you'll provide photos of where the box remained untouched.

Damage It slightly (don't overdo It), but be sure It typically represents shipments damaged during transportation.

Sorry to repeat myself but but just to be as precise as possible... I already sent a photo of the shipping box in the email before this.

Now they ask for a photo of the watch box that was inside the shipment.

And in addiction they ask -if the tape seemed pulled or just damaged. -if the box was only crashed or it had a hole.
I would like to know how to respond to this two questions and if i can send the photo of the watch box (the box that was inside the shipping package)

I'm well aware of all events right from the beginning.

I'll simplify It as follows:
(10-17-2022, 10:26 AM)pxl_rip Wrote: they ask -if the tape seemed pulled or just damaged. -if the box was only crashed or it had a hole.

You'll address It as per below:
Quote:Given you've opened the box thus possibly overlapped potential damage caused In transit, tell them exactly that, and that you'll provide photos of where the box remained untouched by you.

Damage It slightly (don't overdo It), but be sure It typically represents shipments damaged during transportation.

Then take the photos.

I'm truly sorry i'm making you lose a lot of time for my case but due to barrier language i do not understand everything so i'll try to make an overview.

Last week they asked -if the black tape was pasted on top -if there was signs of damage -to send a photo of the shipping box
I responded that -the tape was like every order i receive from them -that was damaged -and sent a photo of the shipping box

Today they ask me -the condition of the shipping box tape -if the damage of the shipping box is only a crash or a hole -to send a photo of the watch box

Can you please explain in other words how do i proceed? Because i didn't understand well. I want to be sure to not make any false move
I got a bit of panic so i'm truly upset i have to bother you with all of these messages

They may have a strategy In place to catch you out, hence you won't be specifically answering their questions above.

What you will say Is that because you've already opened the box, you can only provide photos of where It wasn't touched by yourself. Then damage/tear It a little to show It didn't arrive In Its original state, and take photos thereafter.

Just to point out: as they requested i sent a photo of the shipping box taken from the above (in my last reply, before receiveng the email today).

Following your message... what box and photos are You referring to?
Because today they ask me for a photo of the watch box that was inside the shipping box of amazon not the shipping box itself.
And in addiction they asked me that two questions (regarding the shipping box and not the watch box)

I hope i'm clear.
I'm losing myself a little bit sorry

Yes, I know that You explained perfectly and for this I thank You a lot, but I think that my poor understanding of English (i often use translator) do not permit to understand 100% on how to move, I apologize and I'm so sorry for this.
I repeat that I'm talking of two different box. A shipping box and a watch box/case.

Just to be sure... In the last email they requested photos for the watch box/case that was contained in the shipping box. And in addiction they asked me those two question about the shipping box.

So I've to not reply directly to their answer regarding the shipping box (in the last email they did not request photos of the shipping box)
But in a first email I have to say that the damages on the shipping box could overlap to my opening signs and I have to tell that i can send photos (of the shipping box) instead? Or in the same email I have to attach the photos of the shipping box (damaged by me)?

And how do i have to deal with the photo they requested for the watch case/box? It is a small case inside a small box, do I have to tamper it? Or it's ok to send the photo only of the watch box/case without tampering it?
