Hi there , I recently started learning web programming language and started with HTML. I learned some basics in html: uploading photos , sharing links, text positions , adding forms , changing background colors, text colors, sizes
and etc. Is it enough to move to the next step(CSS) or I need continue learning ? Please answer

mmm... if you are taking the web-developer/designer path, then you "should" know (at least):
- HTML5: and not only HTML, but start learning HTML5 after JavaScript
- CSS is a must and start NOW! Don't wait (in parallel with HTML)
- JS: this is also a must but can wait a little till you feel yourself confortable (did I spell that right?) with making html pages and layouts...
That was on the client side, now on the server side (and this depends on what you want to do):
- PHP or ASP or JavaServlets (I don't recommend it though but had to mention it) these are used to build dynamic web pages...
- MySQL: good to start with to learn SQL, easy and well documented
Maybe after that you will need to look at CMS and OpenSource solutions (OpenERP, OpenBravo, PrestaShop, Magento)
Also you have to check CSS3, and understand hosting, CGI, IIS/Apache... (I can go on forever lol)
The point is this: you must apply what you learn so you understant (by yourself) what is the next step... if you need any help let me know, if you have any more questions please let us know!
Thanks and happy coding
