I had carried out MEB on Google when the pixel 7 pro came out. They offered me a replacement on the same chat I had contacted them on. I don't believe that they offer refunds.

After the replacement came, I sent it back and received my money back, a short period after. I'm using the pixel as my everyday phone with no issues.

Please be aware, that during the chat, you may be asked for images of the box and asked for signs of tempering - standard procedure.

I can't even access the Google Store with my device. Just says 403 after logging into my account.

Never ordered anything from Google with this account, how weird.

Now tried to make an order from another account and Google just refused my CC. They're damn paranoid.
