That's correct, you opened the initial packaging and to your disbelief, the phone box was empty. There was no signs of tempering. They will ask for pictures after the initial questioning - I simply just took the phone out and left everything else inside the box.

What basis did they deny your previous attempt on? Was it the weight of the package?
