I ordered two tracksuits from footlocker they delayed the delivery for my packages and didnt give me a tracking number for my packages i recieved the packages i dont know if any pictures were taken. They were delivered by DHL i then messaged footlocker and asked how long my packages would be delayed for and then the rep said that i could cancelled my order. I messaged another rep to cancel my order and they said my package was delivered a week ago and sent me the tracksing number i checked the tracking but there was no pictures of me with the package on the tracking website. Im wondering if i can still refund it and the best way to do so

Sounds like you could try to DNA it. Did you sign anything?

Thats odd I would definitely try again FootLocker covers lost packages try talking to a new rep.

If you didnt sign anything and the delivery man didnt took pictures, just say it never arrived. The tracking number is no proof that you personaly received it.

Then just call them again and claim, that it didnt arrive. They will probably open an investigation but i think you have good chances to succeed.

That's not a representation of their Internal records. Photos can be stored In their database without disclosing It publicly on their site.
