Is Amazon delivery pure luck or is it the 2-4 days Standard delivery?

It's luck, I noticed earlier you order the more likely you won't get DPD.

DPD is only Premium unless you ask for a replacement on a DNA order, then they use DPD

I’ve never had DPD for anything other than premium, out of the 30 odd orders I have legit made over the years.

They've asked me to fill in a form as a result of my DNA claim.

Courier was EVRI. They delivered the package in one of my bins, however they have also recorded GPS location with that.

I filled in the form anyway, but what's the chances of the DNA being successful?

If it fails, I will take the loss and simply return anyway.

Just seems to be a bit of hit and miss at the moment with Foot Asylum.

Don’t want to rub salt into the wounds, but just had another £800 order refunded using different details.

I done it through WhatsApp this time to try it out, all they wanted me to do was sign a form stating i never received it

May I ask using aged account or fresh one

My footasylum claim got rejected, was delivered through Amazon there was no delivery picture only GPS but the driver said it was delivered to the resident and Footasylum are saying this is proof and completely rejecting my claim. Anyone know what I can do?

seems like they have wised up to the DNA claim VERY quickly. You could always try a chargeback on the card, or just take the L and return it.

Thanks for the advice, they asked for a police investigation to be raised 😵‍💫
