Footasylum DNA HELP UK - sully.muh - 02-27-2024 Got the order today. DPD took a clear picture at my doorstep however, i live in a block with 3 other flats and it doesnt show my number. Saw many posts saying DNA was still banging even with proof of delivery so i decided to give it a try. I contacted Them 2 hours later saying i haven't received anything and the rep says there's clear proof of delivery and they straight up rejected the claim. I tried to end the chat and connect to another agent and he said my previous agent denied this claim and therefore this is our final answer. They're telling me to contact the police as they are saying they suspect someone was in my house as I said no one was at home at the time of delivery. They are not budging at all Please help, what should i do??! RE: Footasylum DNA HELP UK - Mobdeep - 02-27-2024 (02-27-2024, 05:52 PM)sully.muh Wrote: Got the order today. RE: Footasylum DNA HELP UK - Roadman - 02-27-2024 Before you file a chargeback with your bank, ask Footasylum if they require a police reference number. If they say yes, file a legitimate police report online and give them the reference number. Note; this is a one time thing. Filing multiple false police reports will never, ever work well. One is fine every 6 months however at your own discretion. However gps coordinates dont line up. Do u recommend me to carry on? I contacted them again and sent them proof that gps coordinates are not right, changed up outside of my house and sent a picture. Lets see what they say. If they still deny i’ll ask if they require a police ref number. Either way how long do you think this process would take? That would make me pretty angry knowing they've denied me yet everyone else is getting claims accepted left right and centre.(02-27-2024, 09:54 PM)Roadman Wrote: Before you file a chargeback with your bank, ask Footasylum if they require a police reference number. This is good evidence which should help you. See what they say about the police reference. I'd say no more than 1 week. You've got 28 days to return. No rush. However gps coordinates dont line up. Yeah that’s what pissed me off😭 My friend done it and driver left it outside his house which would be an easy DNA for him today. The gps coordinates are id say about like 2ish minutes walk but it’s quite a big difference like you can easily tell when looked at side by side. I just don’t see the point as firstly it takes avg 20min to get connected to an agent, they say let me read the messages and then it’s copy and paste text saying my previous agent declined your claim, i try to push them even asking to speak to a higher manager and they’re like we just re assessed this and are still rejecting it therefore we will be ending this chat and they straight up and the chat… They are not listening to me at all, what should i do RE: Footasylum DNA HELP UK - HeardIt - 02-28-2024 very strange, they must have changed their tune pretty much overnight with the DNA claim. They never investigated mines at all and pretty much refunded it on the spot. Even the guy who had the collection from the post office claimed DNA. it's up to yourself really, but a PR isn't going to cause you any issues. Biggest problem will be getting them to actually raise it as report, my local station doesn't for anything like this as it's technically a civil matter RE: Footasylum DNA HELP UK - sully.muh - 02-28-2024 (02-28-2024, 12:31 PM)HeardIt Wrote: very strange, they must have changed their tune pretty much overnight with the DNA claim. My friend just done it an hour ago and got refunded for £800. Everytime i contact them they say the same thing that the previous agent has assessed this and denied it. I asked them whether they would want a police reference number, they said they dont know and i should take their guidance. They end the chat immediately I dont know what to do as it seems as if there is no way possible to push this.
