So i have done a few posts about ultimate ears and this is my last after one failed attempt and advice from people on here i have managed my first succesful se from them and my new megablast is on the way

I'm surprised you take megablast
They catch most people out with the diagnostic tool. Even though you could just say it doesn't pick up, but that limits most excuses you can do.

I read through there site and it says if the diagnostic tool doesnt work then you need to contact support

I got somebody who wanted me to submerge my device in water and take pictures for them...

I tried to submit corrupt images but they kept telling me to keep trying haha.

Just a quick question if i was to try again using the serial they have sent me would they know it was an SE?

what do you mean diagnostic tool?

It is a software which blast and megablast users can use to check if it has any problems.
This is especially hard as some excuses require a screenshot of the tool itself.

Every refund and return Is kept on file, and the reason why the claim was approved.

They'd have the serial on record, but whether they'd check, Is a different story.
