I have taken pictures when it arrived (not bad condition), and the seller has from being shipped correctly, so you think with these i Fedex will deny the claim even If it weights too low? (Sorry maybe I'm losing a little bit in translation, love you mothered :´), thanks for your patience)

If you're claiming the package arrived damaged (hence the Item was stolen), the weight and the seller's evidence of being dispatched correctly Is Irrelevant and hold no grounds whatsoever.

The carrier will need to provide photographic evidence of the Item enclosed In the package when It arrived at your address, which Is simply not possible.
