I just have one issue. They wrote this in the email and I quote “The Police Report must be filed before 45 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE”

My items got delivered the 27.01 and 30.01 which means if I do the PR tomorrow it will be at the 50’th day… is this a big issue

You didn't receive the package and given police provide reports for theft-related Incidents, choose that option - theft.

Since they're claiming that they can't do anything before the whole police case is closed and done. I can't wait untill the whole police case is closed as this can take months if not a year.
