Yes it does. META is still not responding to PayPal claims. I've seen someone mention that PayPal has been removed from META, however it is still a MOP option for Canadians.

Let’s say u contact meta and do EB, since PayPal goes woth the tracking info that showed delivered and makes more difficult a DNA, when u state EB and they refuse the claim and in the email they may say that the weight was as expected upon delivery, or just prove that indeed the item was in the box, what screen email do you send to PayPal?
Is it not bad to send them an email where states that they indeed have proofs that what you’re claiming is somehow wrong?

This is an example of the Email I would receive from META after claiming EB/MEB/DNA

This is **** from Meta Store Support, and your concern has been urgently brought to my attention to be reviewed and taken care of.

I appreciate you for giving us time to complete our review.

Our team has been doing an in-depth investigation on this matter and we’ve been unable to find any potential concerns linking back to the courier.

During our investigations, we’ve also discovered a lot of deliveries being reported as “missing’ or “empty” from prior orders that either you have placed or others had placed from your location.

While we won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement for this claim, we do recommend that you speak to your local authorities, as this is a serious issue. Please contact them as soon as possible to open a case.

If they would like to get in touch with Meta to work with our security team, please have them contact us through their official government email.

I screenshot this and attach it to my PP dispute. PayPal won’t begin investigating until META responds, so tracking info, weight, it’s all irrelevant up until that point. If META does not respond, which they usually don’t, everything should work out in your favor.
