Im looking to spend £1000 at lenovo as my laptop isn't the best. If this is true I will try to DNA then PP dispute if all fails?

PP will most likely deny DNA claim if tracking status shows delivered.
Probably better to claim MEB, then hope Len0vo wont answer the PP dispute.

What are the chances that microsoft blocks the xbox? Im guessing its unlikely.

I have also hit Microsoft for an Xbox purchased from their website once, I am attempting to see if it will work on a fresh PayPal account at the moment.  I already ordered the Xbox, as soon as it arrives I will file a dispute. Account has no purchases and is a week old.

Don't quote be this is an assumption. But given that Microsoft isn't replying to a PayPal dispute, they might not know that there's anything going on with that order to block it. I haven't experienced Microsoft blocking any of my Xboxes personally.

I wanted to hit meta but i 've heard they can block meta quest when they suspect a fraud attempt. Is that right?

It's supposed to be personal so i dont really wanna waste a good paypal acc for something that can be blocked right away

nah, they are not blocking, i see a lot of people refunding and selling them, if they block devices nobody will hit them.

Depending where you live, you can sell META quest VR for a nice price. I've sold many with no issues or complaints from buyers.

OPSEC is definitely something you'd want to consider while you SE. And regarding that, I would rather not get into the details of where I sell but you shouldn't encounter issues selling them privately, just remember to cover your trails incase.
