I would like to know if it works, does Amazon investigate the IMEI number or others to track me and see that I lied?

Is it risky to keep the phone if the refund is ok?

Otherwise how can they prove the original SN and the new one of the other item you returned?

No, the SN is not on the receipt or something cause it comes inside a amazon box, unless sold by a seller. However, that being said, that does not mean they don't keep track of SN. Computer part's like PSU are very hard to get now with swap trick, cause somehow they just know, and on the email that I got, they said that the number's don't match despite being the same item.
