McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Then visit your doctor to get prescriptions for cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes.

I wasn't serious about eating McDonald's with every meal, and my comment on visiting your doctor Is more to the fact of the Impact their food has on your health.

I guessed it right but yeah I am comfortable with homemade food and I like to go out and eat once in a while for a change. Am not skinny but I do so feel sometimes to put on weight but it's just maintaining the same.

You can still put on weight with healthy foods such as potatoes, red meat, nuts and regular milk.

I hate dieting. I believe it's insulting to avoid or abstain from having food. Yes you have rightly guessed, I am a foodie. I like to eat all types of food whether it is continental, Asian, Thai, Chinese or whatever. I am not overweight, if you think so. I do exercise especially I go for long walks. Probably that burns my fat. So luckily no dieting for me.
