RE: Dieting #21
Even though there are hundreds of diets for quick weight loss in the world, long-term results can be achieved only by fundamentally changing your lifestyle. There is the skinny diet. A diet with severe calorie restriction. The average caloric content of the day is 750 - 800 kcal. You need strong motivation to perform this diet. Dizziness, various vegetative disorders may be observed. But I like the idea of Gastric Band Surgery better. I'm not ready for this kind of diet.

You can still maintain a healthy lifestyle with the said foods, by formulating a balanced eating plan.

Those who consume an excessive amount each day tend to experience weight gain.

Coming from a fitness standpoint.. I’d say it’s more dependent on how you want to be. If you’re aiming to be cut and maintained eat high protein and low cals. If you wanna be bulky go high cals & high protein. If you don’t care just eat whatever.. Overall I think dieting is how you want to feel, a healthy diet does wonders for the body while a processed / unbalanced diet wears down on the body.

When I needed to drop some pounds I didn't even read or figure out a diet. I just put a target that I'd only eat 1200 cal a day then recorded everything. I'd have to plan my day and got to know what I could eat the most of and stay at that mark. When I was where I wanted to be I did the same thing but only look to stay under 2500 cal a day now.
