RE: DNA Question #11
@mothered

Refunded yesterday approx 28 hours after contacting them. When you contact it says they'll contact the courier but it also says it typically takes gymshark 2 days to even reply, so what's the likelihood anything was investigated in 28 hours. If they even told evri? Would be useful to know so I could plan future SE methods better.

Exact reply

Hey Xxxxx,

Hope you're doing well and thank you for getting in touch!

I'm incredibly sorry to see you have not located your order. It's not the experience we wish to create for you as this is your first order with us.

We appreciate you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us to address it 🙏

No problem, I have now gone ahead and processed your refund for you, you should receive an email shortly to confirm all of this. Please make sure you check your spam and junk folders if you are unable to find this!

A refund can take up to 5 working days to be issued back to a bank account.

Enjoy the rest of your day and take care always. We hope we can make it up to you in the future. 🦈

It doesn't matter whether or not they opened an Investigation and whatever else was done during the 28-hour period.

All your concerned with, Is the fact that they're vulnerable to DNA'ing.
Congrats on Its success.

My concern was if they opened the investigation I would need to keep that in mind if evri is used again for another SE.

If used ill need to lay low from that method with evri for a while if not its all clear to do again. Plus if the driver has been notified he'll be less likely to do the outcome I want next time

The DNA triggers an Investigation a lot more often than not, regardless of who the carrier Is.

Keep that In mind with all SEs Involving the DNA.

You shouldn't be DNA'ing If the same driver Is servicing your deliveries.

DNA is probably short lived then. I seem to have the same driver. I will do MEB on an apple watch ultra amzon next as a big win but beyond that I'll run out of ideas. I won't be able to do other shops that will trigger a PR as I'm anticipating amazon taking that lifeline. Maybe some more MEB methods for games but thats about it.

Under those circumstances, disregard the DNA.

There Is an array of traditional methods available.

The wrong Item received doesn't trigger a PR.

Potentially hit amzon with WIR then and maybe currys with a MEB. Would you say a apple watch ultra WIR with a cheap smart watch would work if I could match up the weights. I assume with them being v similar items they are housed in the same place. Or is it OK to order let's say a speaker seen as they are both under the ' the electronic store' on amazon. This would be more ideal as per amazon the ultra is a weighty thing.

Also thanks for the help. I've been SE'ing since I was 15 but was doing PEB on like a 20 quid t shirt at a time. Only recently have I realised there are much more well planned out methods

Also with the smart watches having such a low weight how close do they need to be. The ultra is apparently 440 grams as per amazon.

But then Google says its 61.3 which is way off amzons description. From similar items the 61 would be more like it @mothered

Or is the 440 all in all with packaging. I think this but would like an experienced answer

As long as the cheap smart watch Is purchased from Amazon, you'll be fine.

Is the speaker the same weight (or close to) as the Apple Watch?
