Really appreciate the support from everyone.

Sorry I havent kept you guys updated in regards to the situation, had a busy time with my personal life.

I had rang them as you may know and i have still not heard back from them. They did say i would hear back in 24-48 hours from them after the call i made to them but I havent heard back so i guess the case has been dropped? But they did say if i dont reply to them to the emails before i made the call by the 28th of august i would be dealing with legal actions. But why should i do anything when im still waiting to hear back from them 3-4 days after.

There are many reasons why companies fail to reply In due course.

Don't wait for them to get back to you, always chase up your claim by getting In touch (In your case) every few days or so.

What was their "exact" reply?

Yeah because I find it very odd the company is taking it this far when they (I believe) don't even have solid evidence to back up their claim. Because it makes no sense for them to come at the OP so hard over month after they approved the refund.

Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

Agreed.

They're threatening legal action without solid grounds, which Is totally Inappropriate.

I mean im going on holiday tomorrow so trying to reply will be alittle bit of a major hassle. I dont see them going to take legal action as they havent even provided me any proof to prove that “apparently” i still have the item.

Going by the details you've provided thus far, there's no grounds for litigation.

A random customer service agent threatening legal action without solid proof? This is certainly very bizarre. I'd go as far to even report the agent for false and blind accusations. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

OK, there's no need to do this but I'm interested to hear an update.
