In the process of a refund and apparently a courier may return to my door, what will I do or say if the person does return? It is a higher value item.

What's the objective of the courier returning?
I assume It's part of an Investigation. If so, please provide a few details.

Seems standard for this. Maybe play along, but depends on what you told them.
