Couriers Returning - AllWrappedUp - 10-18-2018
In the process of a refund and apparently a courier may return to my door, what will I do or say if the person does return? It is a higher value item.

What's the objective of the courier returning?
I assume It's part of an Investigation. If so, please provide a few details.

It is DELL I am refunding for £1000, I was told they may return as a part of an investigation and the courier was DPD

Please elaborate on the method used (I assume It's the DNA), what was said during your SE, and particularly what triggered the Investigation to dispatch a courier to your door.

I've had couriers come to my door but not experienced it with DPD
