Chargeback? - Amazon MAC Mini 08-23-2022, 05:57 AM

Hello forum users,
I am currently attempting to SE a Mac mini. I ordered this on 4 August and it was delivered on 12 August. I requested a refund from the seller and they responded with a generated message two days later and I haven’t heard anything since. So then I contacted Amazon support on 16 August and requested a refund. I told them that the package never arrived after avoiding a signature. They emailed me back and said that they would make a decision within a week. It will be a week tomorrow and I still haven’t heard anything. I chatted with an Amazon support employee on 21 August who told me that I would receive a refund within 24 hours and when I chatted with another employee today, 22 August, they told me that I would need to wait 1-2 weeks for them to make a decision.
It seems clear to me that they're not going to process a refund anytime soon but I could be wrong. The reps are not helpful at all and are just giving me useless generic answers that don't even align with what the last one said. Should I charge back? There is no evidence that the package was delivered whatsoever so I'm confident Amazon can't do anything.
What do you guys think?
