Their customer service Is appalling to say the least. I SEd them a while back for a pair of sunglasses using the missing Item method, and had to jump through so many hoops just to have my claim dealt with. Back then, they used the good old CouriersPlease as their carrier partner, but I'm not sure whether It's the case nowadays.

I've never been camping, I don't even have a tent for it, but I'd love to try this type of activity. I started to get interested in this topic, read a lot of articles, and communicate with those who are already familiar with hiking/camping/backpacking very well.
