Camping/Outdoor stores (AUS) - elemenowpee - 10-17-2021

Has anyone tried any of the following stores? On recon is seems most of their CS reviews are absolute shit
- Anaconda
- BFC
- Snowys Outdoors
- Freddy's

Yes indeed

I thought as much.

Their customer service Is appalling to say the least. I SEd them a while back for a pair of sunglasses using the missing Item method, and had to jump through so many hoops just to have my claim dealt with. Back then, they used the good old CouriersPlease as their carrier partner, but I'm not sure whether It's the case nowadays.

I've never been camping, I don't even have a tent for it, but I'd love to try this type of activity. I started to get interested in this topic, read a lot of articles, and communicate with those who are already familiar with hiking/camping/backpacking very well. One of my friends advised me of a good blog knownothingnomads.com. I read a couple of cool articles there and noticed for myself some pretty interesting and useful tips. Moreover, I found a [Link Redacted] review, a tent that I'm now going to buy because for a beginner it's an ideal option and it's not very expensive.
