Do body wraps actually work? I can see them having some merit, as they make you sweat, but can this & a good diet actually help you loose weight? I'm thinking of trying it.
I have:
Has anyone ever tried it? Iv wrapped myself once when I went for a bike ride & I must have produced like x3 more sweat.
I have:
- Cling Film ( industrial size )
- Heater ( will be aiming at me to aid sweating )
- Electric Blanket ( again to aid sweating )

about 2 mins after posting this thread I put my electric blanket on my bed with a towel on it & set it to max, the I got the cling film & wrapped my belly/chest & both my legs ( I have big thighs, lol ). the I got my heater & pointed it at my chest while I lay in bed watching smallville.
