Thats a great idea. Before I make the call can I just ask what your opinions are on this thing I saw. So Im ordering 4 air forces so I should add 4 socks and claim partial by saying I only received 4 socks. The reason I want to get your opinion before the call is because when I ask them, shall I say I need to order 4 air forces and 4 socks or just 4 air forces? Thanks
You have just recived 4 pairs of af1 (great shoe btw). The weight is more than 5kg(!). Me personally I am a big fan of Nike EB, altho in this case probability of it working is close to zero. Don't even bother trying PEB with this as it will give the same result. From my expierence there are only 2 ways to do this.
1. DNA - easier one
2. FTID - harder and trickier
Since you said that your addy is clean I'd definetly just stick with DNA (ask Mothered whats his opinion on FTID)
I believe that you didn't sign anything?
If thats the case just wait like a day or two (I always wait two) and contact Nike reps to claim DNA. They will most definitely take their time with order this big so expect to wait even more than 2 weeks for investigation results.
Thanks for your help I know now I definitely wont be going with a peb or eb. Im yet to order them though. Im about to call nike to confirm everything arrives at once. Then I will probably go with the dna. Will a signature at delivery affect it? Thanks
Hi, I haven't refunded them yet. They arrived this afternoon.
The point is that at least it all came to me in a closed Large Package weighing 5kg. The package contains 4 pairs of shoes.
In my view it is:
100% success is for a PEB of 1 pair (119 € refund)
90% DNA but it depends a lot on your area and how the courier delivery protocol works. From me he delivered a courier that is not UPS and he applied several labels on the package so I excluded the DNA, then he called me more than once because he could not find my address.
70% FTIDv3 I know it's trivial but with nike more people say it works and I'm thinking of doing it but through a boxer.
?% Through a refuder.
yesterday someone proposed me a MEB or an MDNA that honestly the "M" in front of me don't know what it refers to.
EB is impossible, assuming that it does not declare that the bricks were inside, but the investigation is safe for 5kg of parcel.
I had also considered a return with LIT
But honestly I haven't even seen NIke's terms and whether it covers for a lost in transit.
you could also try the sealed box.
@mothered what do you recommend?
