I made Nike SE Ftidv5 4 AF1 delivered on traking 15 days ago.
today I contacted and through chat they resisted saying that they do not know that the package was scanned from their warehouses.
They told me to wait another 3-5 days as they had to make inquiries and by email they would write and update me.
Is this a normal procedure?
P.S. I used a boxer that claims that the package arrived in Nike.
P.s. the website has never been updated, it has always remained the same immediately after creating the return label
