I ordered earbuds and wireless charging case. Said that earbuds were missing.

They sent me the whole order again haha

Dont they chrosscheck the weight at all?

Haven't ordered from Bose before or JL but my Amazon account has a lot of orders and only one recent DNA (low value less than 100).

Do Bose direct with meb or eb. They'll send a replacement then you can return the replacement. Very easy in the UK. I got the Bose qc ultra.

Small update for those interested in Bose:

EB works, but they just sent a replacement (after writing back for 2-3 weeks) instead of giving a refund. Im trying to send back the replacement but they are making it fucking annoying.
