Bose EB works, but that mostly seems to be earphones. I also don't think they let you refund the replacement.

They do let you refund the replacement. Maybe its a EU specific thing cause we've got some really good consumer laws, but yeah, should be possible

yeah I think you would get refunded in the UK for the replacement. never noticed he said UK in his post to begin with lol I've been tempted to hit them myself, but honestly don't really need anymore earbuds.

MEB bose. Tell them long time customer in person and never ordered online so u dont know why this happened before to u. Let us know how it goes.

I'm thinking either Bose, Amazon or John Lewis - anyone know what would be best here?

Haven't ordered from Bose before or JL but my Amazon account has a lot of orders and only one recent DNA (low value less than 100).

Do Bose direct with meb or eb. They'll send a replacement then you can return the replacement. Very easy in the UK. I got the Bose qc ultra.
