Tried to DNA a soccer jersey, they denied it after 1 day of investigation...
Don't know what was the problem.

Is someone know if I can still do something ?

What was their conclusion? Why did they refused the refund?

Better ought for other methods bro. Highly unlikely they gonna fall for both boxes to be empty. If it was one, understandable. But two is a stretch. Better try DNA if both parcels arrive together on the same day. Place a note outside on your door saying to leave it in x safe place because you're away or at work... They are unlikely to take a picture of the note itself but just the parcel. So, there it higher chances for a successful DNA claim, claiming for the parcel to be unattended, unrecognized safe place... etc

I believe more than two shoes can fit in a box. I've had four shipped in one.

Really!? Well l have never tried ordering more than 1 pair of shoes. How heavy (weight) was the parcel. That must be a big ass parcel then, if it can fit four pairs. That's crazy.

They just told me that after investigations, the parcel was successfully delivered to me, I tried to ask for proofs of their saying but they just repeat "go talk to the europa consumers..."
