I can confirm that EB works perfectly fine on Adidas, regardless of the weight. I had EB'd a thick winter jacket on one occasion, and two pairs of shoes on another, both with no issues.
My go to method for Adidas would be DNA, as it was successful today and extremely easy, but you did mention that it's not possible.
Best of luck with your SE!
Hey. Do you know if adidas is still hitable with EB?

Hello,
They certainly are. Just be mindful that they will launch an investigation if you are refunding a 'hype item' e.g. Yeezys. Other than that, should be a very easy refund.

what was in your DNA order from today? Where are you located? Wanting to do this in the UK
I am UK based, aswell. The order was a mix of items - 3 whole outfits.
Did they come in separate boxes / parcels, as Adidas claims on their app upon payment? Curious to know.

Surprisingly, they had managed to fit everything into one box.

Say swear. How heavy was the parcel, weight? Another question, so when you ourself purchase items from Adidas have they always came in just one parcel? Thanks in advance, bro.

The parcel was a good size, but in terms of the actual weight of it, I wouldn't be able to say exactly. I only check the weight on arrival if I'm looking to FTID but as it was a DNA, I didn't bother.
Other orders I had placed were split into more than one parcel, but these orders were bigger and I used FTID to secure the refunds.

Adidas uses DPD to deliver, which is notoriously tricky to DNA. Would it still be good to go though?

Adidas delivers through Royal Mail in my region. I don't DNA DPD as they are self employed drivers who have to cover the costs of lost parcels out of their own pockets. Saying that, Adidas, allegedly, doesn't do courier investigations unless it's a 'hype item' e.g. Yeezys.

Do you have the option to choose which courier delivers your parcel? For me is always DPD. Do you know if drivers are also liable for EB claims?

As far as I'm aware, you are unable to choose your courier.
When it comes to EB - I'm really not sure of this. My guess would be, yes, they would be liable. What could help them out is stating that the box wasn't damaged upon arrival, but I'm not sure to what extent that may help the driver. Unless, you carry out MEB - then the comapny is responsible for the EB for certain.
